Dynamics of Health was founded by Linda Shepherd, a Reiki Master, facial analysis, and cooking/nutritional instructor. Linda is currently a candidate for her bachelor’s degree in Holistic Nutrition through Clayton College of Natural Health. She has been educated, trained or certified in various energy and spiritual methods of healing, including Chinese medicine, iridology, kinesiology, macrobiotic cooking, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi.

Linda incorporates an eclectic use of natural healing modalities with her clients and students. She has traveled throughout the United States teaching and lecturing on the modality of Reiki (all levels), Facial Analysis, Meditation, and Cooking/Nutritional Classes. She currently has a private practice in the Omaha, Nebraska metropolitan area.
