Dynamics of Health encompasses many modalities to bring a body into balance.

Our purpose is to educate the public in the various avenues available to bring about a balanced body, mind and spirit through workshops, lectures and private consultations.

A sampling of the modalities we incorporate include Facial Analysis, Meditation, Reiki, Healthy Cooking Classes and Nutritional Counseling.

We're also excited to offer "Simple Recipes" (for juicing and smoothies) plus our "Refreshing Your Innerself" CD for a nice long relaxation.
